- Program: Microfinance
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
- Age: 25 to 35 years
- Compensation:
- Training period: BDT 7,000/month
- Probation: BDT 20,500/month
- Permanent: BDT 25,500/month + incentives & allowances up to BDT 9,500
2. Accountant
